Prenatal, Postpartum, and Newborn Sessions
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) for moms and newborns is gentle, hands-on energetic therapy that helps mothers prepare for the birthing process and helps both mothers and newborns heal and rebalance after the birth. It is very important that certain areas of the body are as free from restrictions as possible, so the body can open to the birthing process.
CST responds to the inner wisdom of the client, and allows the client’s body to show where release needs to happen, whether it be on a physical, emotional, or spiritual level. Using a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams- the weight of a nickel- practitioners release restrictions in soft tissue, connective tissue (including the skull, face, jaw, and pelvis), and relaxes the nervous system.
